I've tried using software rendering instead of GPU. I've checked that it's completely up-to-date. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing flash. Upon loading any page with a flash element, I'll immediately get whatever that browser's version of "warning: unresponsive plugin" (<- that's from Firefox, which I normally use) is, and I'll have to stop the flash plugin before I can continue doing anything.
